Because personalized products are unique to each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part during production.
Can I change the text on my order after it has been placed?
We begin the customization process quickly. You may request changes within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
